Our function room is available for hire for Company Events, Conferences, Weddings, Family Parties, Charity Events or Cabaret Evenings.

The room, with its comfortable seating, large stage area with ample lighting, can accommodate up to 280 people in theatre style layout because of its versatility it is also perfect for smaller groups and the layout can be changed to suit all requirements.

We also provide our own disco at a reasonable cost or you can provide your own.

Kitchen facilities are available and catering can be provided to suit all your needs and budget.

This room is available during the day and is perfect for smaller meetings, christenings, parties etc, or why not just pop in for a quite drink in the evenings.

Sports Facilities

Llay Miners has an excellent range of sporting facilities that are complimented by a separate pavilion containing two dressing rooms with showers.

These can be hired for company events and interdepartmental competitions at very competitive rates.

Brand new Floodlit MUGA (astro turf) pitch available for hire.

Llay Miners now has a brand new astro turf pitch for use in all weather conditions. Can be hired at very competitive rates.

Indoor Bowls Facility

Available to members and non members at a minimal fee.

Games Room

The games room provides facilities for pool, darts and dominoes. It is also a perfect setting to watch Sky TV and is complimented with a large screen.
